Tijuana Delight

We had this for dinner the other night, it was delicious!  It would be a great recipe to double and stick one in the freezer for a later date.  I would describe it as a Mexican Lasagna. Very yummy!

Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp chili powder
1 c water
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
6 tortillas
1 c shredded cheese

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Brown ground beef.  Add onion, garlic and cracked wheat and saute lightly.  Add rest of ingredients except cheese and tortillas.  Cook together 5minutes.  In a 2 quart round casserole dish, put 1 tortilla then 1 layer sauce and alternate layers until sauce and tortillas are all used.  Top with cheese and bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
